  1. Choose the product you want to buy.
  2. Select an option, printed or e-book menu.
  3. Click on the “Add To Cart”
  4. Select “Checkout” at the bottom of the page. If you have a discount code you can enter it here.
  5. Fill in your details.
  6. Choose to pay by Paypal if you want to pay with credit card or Paypal account. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by card. Choose bank transfer if you want to transfer the amount to our account.
  7. Accept our terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and click on “Proceed”
  8. Select card payment if you wish to pay by card or log in using your Paypal account. By account transfer, transfer the amount to our account as instructed.

All patterens have technique videos showing techniques. You are also welcome to contact the author if contact details appear on the release.

Otherwise, just send an email to mail@epublis.com with your questions, we will make sure to come back to you as soon as possible.

You can under each pattern click “Technique videos” and you’ll get a list of the videos belonging to the patteren.

Click “Menu” in the right top and save and print your colors all you want. All your colors are stored in your profile, so you always have access to your own designs no matter how many you make.

Click on the diagram and select the color you wish in the palette. If you want to change the tone, drag the bar at the far right.

All long texts are in boxes with the option of scrolling as we know it from websites. Simply drag the text or use the scroll bar to the right to see more of the text.

You use the arrows on the sides to flip back and forth. On page 2 is a table of contents you can click and otherwise you can always click on the icon on the left top and get a visual contents.

E-books and recipes you are guaranteed access to a minimum of 5 years after purchase whatever was going to happen. We expect to be in the market for many years, but if we were to be acquired or go bankrupt, we are obliged to make the product you paid for available for a minimum of five years.

You are always guaranteed access to your purchases, and always have the option to download recipes as pdf.

In order to shop on epublis.com you must provide name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

Your data is stored with information about the items you bought for 5 years from the end of the financial information. Information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.

If you pay by card we do not store your card details. Card information is always protected with encrypted SSL connections when you make a purchase and treated 100% confidentially.

The WebApp can be installed on Ipad, Iphone and all recent Android devices. Just follow the instructions that appears when you click the link to WebApp.

Just click on the links you receive in connection with your purchase in your order confirmation, or by logging into your account via our website.

You typically receive two links to your digital content:

  1. Browser version can be used on all computers and mobile devices in all current browsers. We recommend the latest version of  Chrome or Safari browsers if you are experiencing problems.
  2. WebApp version that can be installed on your home screen on the Ipad, Iphone or Android.

Patterns you’ll always receive link to the browser version as described in section 1 where you also have the option to download pdf of the pattern.

How do I save digital content on my computer or mobile device?2017-03-28T13:24:07+00:00

You always have the option to download a PDF of recipes, etc. by clicking the “Print recipe” button. The recipe then opens in a pdf you can save locally or print out and take with you.

Our publications are designed to give you the best features and possibilities without spending a lot of space on your computer or mobile device. Therefore, it requires that you have Internet access.

We recommend that you save or print a pdf of the recipes you want to have on the road without Internet access.

Printed books are sent by Post Nord within 2-3 business days of ordering.

E-books you will receive the link to as soon as we have registered your payment. Typically, within a few minutes unless you have chosen bank transfer.

You receive further access to login on our website where you can always access your purchase digitally.

Yes, it is perfectly safe to order from us. We use SSL certificate which ensures your information is always encrypted and Paypal for all credit cards. Paypal is a secure encrypted gateway that keeps your information confidential throughout your order. We store your data encrypted and only use your information in connection with your purchase.

If you have not received your order, write to us at mail@epublis.com and indicate your order. you received when ordering. If you have not received an order confirmation informs you just name and e-mail you used when booking so we can find you in the system.

Why is there not 14 day return policy on e-books and recipes?2017-03-27T12:30:27+00:00

We experience unfortunately abuse where one instance returns an e-book or recipe after 14 days, and during this period has used the product for what they want. This means that they, in effect, borrowed the product free for 14 days, either writers or we can not live on that. In printed books, we can usually document the wear of the product after use, unfortunately we can not with digital products.
